博士畢業(yè)當(dāng)年就職于北京交通大學(xué)電子信息工程學(xué)院,任講師。2012年底調(diào)動(dòng)至軌道交通控制與安全國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,工作至今,任副研究員、博士生導(dǎo)師。積極參與教學(xué)、科研、及研究生指導(dǎo)工作。承擔(dān)學(xué)校及電信學(xué)院的教改項(xiàng)目,開(kāi)設(shè)主干課通信原理全英文課程、無(wú)線通信基礎(chǔ)雙語(yǔ)課程。以一作完成IEEE Transactions on Information Theory、IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications等若干An1、An2期刊論文,并指導(dǎo)研究生完成若干SCI期刊、及IEEE ICC、IEEE GLOBECOM、IEEE ISIT等通信旗艦會(huì)議論文。
