沈偉,博士,教授。1975年生,山東滕州市人。教育部新世紀優(yōu)秀人才,山東省自然科學杰出青年基金獲得者,動物生殖與種質創(chuàng)新山東省高校重點實驗室負責人和首席專家,山東省“動物遺傳育種與繁殖”重點學科學術帶頭人,山東省優(yōu)秀研究生導師、青島市優(yōu)秀教師,生殖生物學會理事,動物遺傳標記學會理事,美國生殖生物學學會正式會員。Gene、PlosONE、Stem Cell Epigenetics等刊物編委,Development等30余種國際雜志審稿人。研究方向為生殖細胞發(fā)生與生殖干細胞,主要圍繞與動物繁殖潛能開發(fā)、人類生殖健康等相關問題,進行生殖干細胞和原始生殖細胞(PGC)的增殖與分化、卵母細胞發(fā)生的細胞互作與分子調節(jié)機制、動物生物技術育種等方面的研究。
2004年7月獲得了西北農林科技大學與軍事醫(yī)學科學院聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)博士學位,2006年6月北京大學細胞生物學博士后出站,2007年7月破格晉升為教授,2007年8月至2008年8月中國科技大學客座研究,2009年9月至2010年8月加拿大Guelph大學博士后。
近5年來,先后主持了國家重大科學研究計劃(973)“卵泡發(fā)育的分子調控”等項目的子課題4項,國家自然科學基金“胚胎干細胞體外分化的卵母細胞減數(shù)分裂的分子調控”等4項,國家轉基因生物新品種培育重點項目“優(yōu)質高產轉基因肉羊新品系培育”2項,山東省自然科學杰出青年基金“動物卵母細胞發(fā)生的分子調控”1項,參加國家973項目、863重點項目、國家自然科學基金等課題10余項。
帶領的研究組建立了從減數(shù)分裂前的雌性生殖細胞向卵母細胞體外發(fā)生、發(fā)育的培養(yǎng)體系,使卵原細胞在體外順利完成了減數(shù)分裂的啟動,并成熟、受精后獲得發(fā)育的囊胚;利用該體系系統(tǒng)研究了卵母細胞發(fā)生的分子調節(jié)機制,以及印跡基因DNA甲基化建立和擦除的影響機制。建立了原始卵泡體外形成與發(fā)育的模型,并獲得了體外受精的囊胚;利用該模型,系統(tǒng)研究了卵泡形成與募集過程中PI3K/Akt信號通路的調節(jié)機制。近5年來,沈偉教授研究組在《Endocrinology》、《Cell Cycle》、《Stem Cell Dev》、《Histochem Cell Biol》、《Biol Reprod》、《Mol Hum Reprod》、《Reproduction》、《Biochem Biophys Res Commun》、《Reprod BioMed Online》、《Mol Reprod Dev》、《Reprod Fertil Dev》和《Theriogenology》等刊物上發(fā)表研究論文50余篇。已培養(yǎng)研究生22人,皆發(fā)表了SCI收錄論文,有研究生第一作者發(fā)表的論文累積影響因子達9.454,半數(shù)以上的研究生到了國內外重點大學和研究機構進行繼續(xù)深造。目前在讀碩士研究生11人、博士研究生4人。
