劉力，男，1970年生，教授，博導(dǎo)，科技部973計(jì)劃首席科學(xué)家，北京市先進(jìn)彈性體工程技術(shù)研究中心主任，北京化工大學(xué)先進(jìn)彈性體材料研究中心主任，中國(guó)功能材料學(xué)會(huì)理事，中國(guó)新材料技術(shù)協(xié)會(huì)理事。

    劉力長(zhǎng)期從事橡膠材料的應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)和高技術(shù)應(yīng)用研究，先后承擔(dān)或完成了三十多項(xiàng)國(guó)家級(jí)高技術(shù)領(lǐng)域的基礎(chǔ)和應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目，包括973計(jì)劃、軍工973課題、國(guó)家863項(xiàng)目、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)和面上項(xiàng)目、國(guó)防科工局國(guó)防創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)項(xiàng)目、國(guó)防基礎(chǔ)科研項(xiàng)目、國(guó)防軍品配套項(xiàng)目、總裝預(yù)先研究項(xiàng)目等，開(kāi)發(fā)了多種特殊工況條件下的先進(jìn)彈性體復(fù)合材料與功能材料，包括低滾動(dòng)阻力、高抗撕裂強(qiáng)度長(zhǎng)壽命坦克負(fù)重輪膠胎，高模量、高阻隔、導(dǎo)熱、高耐磨的先進(jìn)碳/橡膠復(fù)合材料，高能X射線屏蔽、復(fù)雜混合中子伽瑪核輻射場(chǎng)移動(dòng)與固定防護(hù)等材料等。

    以第一完成人獲北京市科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)明二等獎(jiǎng)和中國(guó)石油和化學(xué)工業(yè)聯(lián)合會(huì)技術(shù)發(fā)明一等獎(jiǎng)各一項(xiàng)，其他省部級(jí)以上科技成果獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)6項(xiàng)。共發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文169篇，其中以通訊聯(lián)系人身份在Advanced Functional Materials、Small、Scientific Reports、Langmuir等國(guó)內(nèi)外刊物上共發(fā)表SCI論文60多篇。合著出版專著2部。授權(quán)國(guó)外發(fā)明專利4項(xiàng)，授權(quán)國(guó)家發(fā)明專利40項(xiàng)，PCT專利申請(qǐng)8項(xiàng)。先后組織或參與組織了多次國(guó)際和國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)，并多次在國(guó)際和國(guó)內(nèi)重要學(xué)術(shù)會(huì)議上作邀請(qǐng)報(bào)告。2003年入選北京市科技新星計(jì)劃（人才計(jì)劃），2005年獲霍英東青年教師基金優(yōu)選資助，2006年入選教育部新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支持計(jì)劃，獲2013年度中國(guó)化工學(xué)會(huì)侯德榜化工科學(xué)技術(shù)青年獎(jiǎng)，2015年獲中國(guó)化工學(xué)會(huì)橡膠專業(yè)委員會(huì)全國(guó)橡膠工業(yè)優(yōu)秀科技工作者。
