研究方向：

爭(zhēng)議解決、國(guó)際私法、網(wǎng)絡(luò)法

曾在荷蘭海牙國(guó)際法學(xué)院、美國(guó)俄亥俄州立大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)。主持并完成多項(xiàng)科研項(xiàng)目（包括國(guó)家社會(huì)科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目和教育部人文社科研究項(xiàng)目各1項(xiàng)）。出版學(xué)術(shù)專(zhuān)著3部，發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文多篇。曾獲“2016中國(guó)仲裁排行榜獎(jiǎng)先進(jìn)個(gè)人”、中國(guó)國(guó)際私法學(xué)會(huì)2015年優(yōu)秀學(xué)術(shù)成果三等獎(jiǎng)、中國(guó)仲裁法學(xué)研究會(huì)第八屆仲裁與司法論壇“仲裁理論研究?jī)?yōu)秀論文獎(jiǎng)”、“全國(guó)第一屆青年民事訴訟法學(xué)優(yōu)秀科研成果獎(jiǎng)”論文類(lèi)三等獎(jiǎng)等獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。

DING Ying is a professor, academic adviser for the Master of Laws in the School of Humanities at BUPT. She serves as the deputy director of the Institute of Internet Governance and Law at BUPT. She is a council member of China Society of Private International Law and China Academy of Arbitration Law. She has long been engaged in research on dispute resolution, private international law and cyber law. She has presided over and completed several key research projects and published a series of influential books and academic papers. She has also obtained a number of valuable academic awards due to her research contributions.
